The Lancers are in the USHL Western Conference along with Des Moines, Fargo, Lincoln, Sioux City, Sioux Falls, Tri-City and Waterloo. The Eastern conference consists of Cedar Rapids, Chicago, Dubuque, Green Bay, Indiana, Muskegon, Team USA and Youngstown.
