AED Locations

Each level of the Ralston Arena is equipped with an automated external defibrillator (AED), which can save lives in the event of sudden cardiac arrest. There is one (1) AED located on the main level, concourse level and ground/floor level for a total of 3 in the building. In the event of an emergency, please notify the nearest staff member.

Alcoholic Beverages

Nebraska and Federal Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of twenty-one (21). Therefore, guests are required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at the Ralston Arena. The number of alcoholic beverages served may be limited to one drink per person, per purchase. Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or who are disturbing other guests. Beer sales are discontinued approximately forty-five (45) minutes before the end of the event. We encourage guests to drink responsibly and not to drive after drinking.


For your convenience, ATM machines are available near the Box Office entrance and near the Northeast entrance.


The elevator near Box Office Entry, on the Southeast side of the building, provide access to the ground floor level and concourse.

Emergency Evacuation

Ralston Arena staff members have been trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. Key employees are assigned to assist patrons with disabilities to safety.

Backstage Passes

Backstage passes may not be purchased and are not available through the Ralston Arena.

Banners & Signs

Banners and signs are permitted as long as they do not block the view of others, interfere with the event, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard or contain political or obscene material. Banners may not be affixed with any type of material that is permanent in nature or that alters the facility in any manner. Poles and sticks are prohibited. Building management reserves the right to remove any banner or sign. Signs may also be prohibited, if requested by the event.

Cameras & Recording Devices

For most events, at the request of the artists and/or leagues, small point & shoot cameras are allowed. Professional cameras (specifically cameras with professional/detachable lenses and flash) are not permitted. The Ralston Arena reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event.

Audio recorders, video recorders and digital cameras with video capabilities are prohibited during all events.

Cell Phones

Cellular phones are permitted provided their use does not prevent other guests from enjoying the event. The use of camera and video features may be restricted if requested by the event. For your convenience, telephones are provided at designated locations throughout the Ralston Arena.

Club Seats

The Ralston Arena features 177 club seats. In addition to spectacular sightlines and comfortable seats, club seat ticket holders receive access to the exclusive Club Bar. Club seat holders receive season tickets to all Omaha Lancers, UNO Men’s Basketball and Omaha Beef home games and the first right to purchase tickets for all other public events.


The Lobby and Concourse at the Ralston Arena feature a broad range of dinner, snack, dessert, and beverage items with over 20 points of sale during events. Catering by RA offers not only the usual items most find standard to an arena experience but presents unique selections while making quality a top priority.

Several local restaurants are available in the Ralston Arena to compliment the other Food & Beverage choices. This list includes Maria’s Mexican Restaurant, Domino’s Pizza and Famous Dave’s. The concourse features many locations to enjoy a wide range of domestic beer and local microbrews.


Charities and other non-profit groups requesting donation or auction items from the Ralston Arena should submit a written request on their organizational letterhead to:

Door Time

For most events, doors open 60 minutes prior to the start time of the event. However, this can vary by event. For specific information, please call the Ralston Arena at (402) 934.9966 or check the event specific page on www.ralstonarena.com


Two public entrances are available at the Ralston Arena. The main box office entrance is located at the Southeast side of the building. Other entrance is located on Northeast side of the building.

The VIP Entrance is located next to the main box office entrance on the Southeast side of the building. This entrance is reserved for our premium suite holders and club ticket holders.

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and WALK to the nearest exit in an orderly fashion. Follow posted signs and listen to announcements for specific instructions. In some circumstances you will be directed to remain in the building and staff will direct you where to go. Please do not use elevator. If you are disabled, trained staff members will assist you in getting to safety.

First Aid

For your safety, the Ralston Arena has professionally trained emergency personnel on site. The First Aid Station is located on the main concourse across from Section 117. In the event of an emergency, please go to the first available officer or staff member for assistance.

Guest Conduct

In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment we ask that while visiting the Ralston Arena, guests be courteous to those around them and abide by building policies. Guests using foul or abusive language, behaving in an unruly manner or appearing intoxicated are subject to ejection and/or arrest.

Guest Services

Guest Services desk is located across from the Box Office in the Main Lobby located on the Southeast side of the building. Guest Services provide guests a convenient location to obtain information, offer suggestions, voice concerns and request assistance during events.


The distribution of promotional items, handbills, fliers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on Ralston Arena property without prior written authorization.

Lost & Found

During an event, you may inquire about lost or found items at any Guest Services location. For inquiries following an event, please call (402) 934-9966 during normal business hours.

Lost Children or Companions

Lost children should be escorted to the nearest officer or staff member. The lost child will be assisted at a Guest Services location. In the event that you become separated from your child or a member of your party, you will also want to contact the nearest officer or staff member.


Merchandise or novelty booths are available throughout the Ralston Arena during events.

Prohibited Items

We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you may be subject to search, which includes metal-detecting hand wands upon entry. For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
  • Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras, tripods
  • Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers
  • Fireworks
  • Flags/Signs with poles
  • Laser pens/pointers of any type
  • Noisemakers such as air horns
  • Outside food or beverages
  • Oversized bags, backpacks, duffel bag
  • Pepper spray/Mace
  • Weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms and spiked jewelry
  • Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management

If an item is revealed during a search, patrons may dispose of the item or they may return the item to their vehicle. The Ralston Arena does not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type.


For your safety, once a person exits the Ralston Arena, re-entry is strictly prohibited.


The Ralston Arena offers a total of 12 restrooms including 1 unisex family restroom. All restrooms include diaper-changing stations and are accessible to persons with disabilities.


The Ralston Arena staffs private security and off-duty police officers to provide security before, during and after events. The Ralston Arena will base event security on the Homeland Security National Threat Advisory Level along with the performer’s security rider.

Smoking Policy

In accordance with Ralston City ordinances, smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in all public areas at the Ralston Arena including the arena and concourse. A designated outdoor smoking area is located at Southwest corner, behind Sections 106 and 107.


The Premium Suites and Super Club Suites are located on the concourse and ground level. There are 12 Premium Suites only 13 rows above the event floor. The 2 Super Club Suites located on the ground level offers the ultimate premium viewing location in the Ralston Arena. With top of the line amenities, the Suites are the best way to entertain clients and business associates. There are 13 private suites and 1 rental suite. Contracted suites get tickets to all public, ticketed events at the Ralston Arena.


A Tag-a-Tot program is available at the Guest Services Desks where a representative will give your child a wristband to note your section, row and seat number. Should you and your child become separated, you can be reunited with the assistance of an usher.


Telephones are available at no charge throughout the main concourse. Telephones are located by Section TBD and the Box Office entrance.


Tickets are available at HomePrideTix.com, Box Office, or charge by phone at 800.440.3741.

Will Call/VIP Will Call: When purchasing tickets by phone or online, you may choose to pick them up at the Box Office Will Call window. Please be prepared to present the credit card used to purchase the tickets, as well as a photo I.D. Media and VIP tickets, or tickets left by a third party, may also be picked up at Will Call prior to the event. A photo I.D. is required.

Accessible Seating: Accessible seats are available on each level of the Ralston Arena. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating. Wheelchair service and check-in is available.

Children’s Admission: Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two. However, in order for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required. Some shows intended for young children (i.e.,Sesame Street Live) require children over the age of one to have a ticket. To inquire about specific events, please call (402) 934-6291.

Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, tickets may be returned to your point of purchase for a refund. If tickets were ordered by phone or online, a refund will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

Lost tickets: Any lost or stolen ticket can be reprinted at the Box Office. The person who ordered the tickets along with the proper credit card and photo I.D will be required.
