Accessibility Information

Ralston Arena meets or exceeds all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Restrooms, drinking fountains, ATMs and counters are accessible to guests with disabilities.

Accessible Tickets/Seating

Wheelchair accessible seats are available in all price levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require accessible seating.

Accessible Drop-off

Patrons with disabilities may be dropped off on the southeast side of the building and the Home Pride Box Office. Some events at the Ralston Arena may have the City of Ralston Police Department directing traffic to and from the Ralston Arena.

Listening Devices

Listening devises may be checked out, free of charge, at the Guest Services desks located at main entrance on southeast side of building. A valid I.D. is required to ensure the return of equipment.

Sign Interpreters

The Ralston Arena can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received three weeks prior to the event and be approved by the performer. Seating reserved for patrons and one companion using this service is in Section TBD and Section TBD. For details, please call the Ralston Arena at 403.934.9966.

Wheelchair Assistance

The Ralston Arena offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from their seats. Please contact a Guest Relations representative for assistance. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be borrowed or rented as seating during an event. If wheelchair assistance is necessary during an event, please notify the nearest staff member.
