What is a Convenience Fee? Do I have to pay it if I purchase tickets at the Box Office?

A convenience fee is a processing and manufacturing fee on tickets when purchased at over the phone or online. Only tickets purchased at the Home Pride Box Office will not have any additional fees.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The Home Pride Box Office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. No checks accepted. To purchase tickets online or by phone, you must use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card.

What age does my child have to be to require a ticket?

Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two. However, in order for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required. Some shows intended for young children (i.e., Sesame Street Live) require children over the age of one to have a ticket. To inquire about specific events, please call (800) 440-3741.

What is Will Call?

Will call is located at the Home Pride Box Office. If you purchase your tickets close to the date of the show, homepridetix.com will put your tickets at the box office for you to pick up rather than mailing them. You will need identification and the credit card used to purchase the tickets

I am planning to bring a large group to a Ralston Arena event. Can I get a group discount on tickets?

Specific shows/events allow groups discounts at the permission of the event organizer. The number that is considered to be a group varies on a show by show basis. If you are interested in a specific show, please visit our Group Events page to see a complete list of shows with discounts.

I bought tickets to an event at your building, but I need a handicap accessible seat. Can I exchange my seat? Can my wife and son sit with me?

You cannot exchange your ticket in advance. When you arrive at the venue, you may go to the Home Pride Box Office and request to be relocated to ADA seating. Standard policy is one handicap seat plus one guest. This opportunity depends on availability of the seats.

How can I find out if an event is sold out?

If tickets to an event are not on sale yet, how can “stubHub.com," et cetera, already have tickets for sale at inflated prices?

The Ralston Arena does not provide tickets to these companies. These sites are “speculating” that the sections they have listed will be available for them to sell. Re-sellers don’t buy tickets themselves. They provide an online marketplace for ticket brokers or individuals looking to sell and consumers looking to buy.


Where is your handicap parking?

Patrons with disabilities may be dropped off at the Southeast side of the building and enter through the Main Box Office Entrance. To view a map of the parking lot around the Ralston Arena, click HERE


Can I bring food or drinks into the arena?

Outside food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic beverages included) may not be brought into the Ralston Arena.

What time do doors open for each event?

For most events, doors open 60 minutes prior to start time. This may vary by event. For specific information, please call the Ralston Arena at 402.934.9966 or check the event specific page on www.ralstonarena.com.

Are cameras allowed for the Ralston Arena events?

For most events, at the request of the artists and/or leagues, cameras (specifically cameras with professional/detachable lenses and flash) are not permitted. The Ralston Arena reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. Audio recorders, video recorders and digital cameras with video capabilities are prohibited during all events. The specific camera policy for an event can be found on the event page for that show.

Your sound system is too loud, or not loud enough. Can you tell your audio people to fix it?

The Ralston Arena does not control the sound system for events. The show provides their own equipment and handles the sound level.

Where is the Lost and Found located at Ralston Arena?

During an event, you may inquire about lost or found items at any Guest Relations location. For inquiries following an event, please call 402.935.9966 during normal business hours.

What security is in place to ensure my family’s safety?

Ralston Arena staffs both private security and off-duty police officers to provide security before, during and after events. Depending on the current Homeland Security National Threat Advisory, the Ralston Arena will base event Security upon that level along with the Performers Security Rider.

Can I smoke at the Ralston Arena?

In accordance with Ralston City ordinances, smoking is not permitted in all public areas at the Ralston Arena including the arena and concourses. A designated outdoor smoking area is located at Southwest corner, behind Sections 106 and 107.

Where can I buy Ralston Arena merchandise?

The Ralston Arena does not sell merchandise with the arena logo at this time. Numerous merchandise or novelty booths are available during events for specific show merchandise.

May I re-enter Ralston Arena once I have left?

Exiting and re-enterting Ralston Arena with the same ticket is not permitted. 

Are there any items that are prohibited at Ralston Arena?

For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
  • Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras, tripods
  • Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers
  • Fireworks
  • Flags/Signs with poles
  • Laser pens/pointers of any type
  • Noisemakers such as air horns
  • Outside food or drinks
  • Oversized bags, backpacks, duffel bag
  • Pepper spray/Mace
  • Weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms and spiked jewelry
  • Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management

Is tailgating or overnight parking allowed?


What kind of alcohol is served at Ralston Arena?

Beer and liquor are available for purchase by patrons 21 years of age and older.


Can I host a business meeting or special event at Ralston Arena?

Corporate/private gatherings are available for 10 to 1,000 patrons. Catering services are available. Please call 402.934.9966 for more information.
