Omaha Heart

The Omaha Heart marks it's first season at the Ralston Arena as the first venture of the Las Vegas-based LFL into the Midwest.

The Legends Football League (LFL) is a women's full contact, 7-on-7 tackle American football league, with play similar to other indoor football leagues. Created in 2009, the LFL is one of the fastest growing sports leagues in the U.S., according to BusinessWeek.

In their inaugural season, the Omaha Heart will compete in the Eastern Conference along with Cleveland Crush, Jacksonville Breeze, Philadelphia Passion, Baltimore Charm, and Atlanta Steam.
